Qt3 ports were removed from portstree, qmake is no longer needed.

I'd rather the tool remained available -- for the benefit of developers using it
for their own projects as well as to help facilitate porting Trinity (the modern
fork of KDE3).

Ok, makes sense. Can we explicitly state in COMMENT and pkg-descr that this
port is for Qt 3 and maybe rename the port to qmake3/qmake-qt3?
