Both ports installing the same template engine for php. One using pear for installation, the other one uses a direct method. The even have different maintainer. Should we remove one of the ports or is this wanted?

I guess I take the first shot at 2013-09-05. (Ref. https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=181848 ) After discussions between lwhsu & me, the Twig ports was seperated into www/pear-twig & www/pecl-twig. I don't know why there is a new one port with older version (1.13.1)?
yes, it seems that "www/twig-php" should be the one retired. Anyone disagree?
