spamass-rules-20140707.patch

- Update to 20140707
- Take maintainership

I was the maintainer of this port and I am the rules maintainer. I dont know why this port
was taken over. I noticed it today, as I wanted to add STAGEDIR support.

Port maintainer (adamw@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.

This port was taken over for the reason described in http://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=360579 and the multiple warning emails that preceded it.

That said, I'm much happier having you go back to maintaining it again. In the future, don't be afraid to ask for help or for more time... some of us are heavy SpamAssassin consumers and are happy to help.
