The port installs a symlink in /usr/local/bin

lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  12 Sep  5 01:08 /usr/local/bin/irc -> irc-20140831

but it doesn't install irc-20140831 itself.

Deleting the symlink and reinstalling the port doesn't fix the issue.
