Hi Chris,
ports-mgmt/tinderbox at version 4.2 since Aug 2014
ports-mgmt/tinderbox-devel is at version 4.0.0.b2 for 3 years (Jan 2013)

Normally when -devel is older than stable it's at least marked IGNORE to avoid confusion.  Since this -devel is stagnant for 3 years, I'd say it's a candidate for removal (especially since stable is also stagnant).

What do you think?

I agree.  Please do so- or tell me to do it myself!  A MOVED entry will sort any issues easily.

I'll just set ignore and deprecate for removal on 14 Feb.  The person that removes it will set MOVED (i'll mention it in commit message)

  ports-mgmt/tinderbox-devel: set IGNORE, DEPRECATED, remove on 14 Feb

  The -devel version of tinderbox hasn't seen an update in over three
  years and it's significantly older than the stable version.  Since there
  doesn't appear to be a need for -devel version anymore, let's just
  remove it on 14 Feb 2016.  (Don't forget to set secondly field in MOVED
  accordingly!)
