Couple of comments that portlint revealed. Can you add a LICENSE= to the Makefile? Also is there any other non https:// links we can add to MASTER_SITES?

   Sorry about the slow response! To answer your questions:
   1) ngrok is only distributed over HTTPS
   2) The software is licensed via ngrok's terms of use:
   https://ngrok.com/download (the current version of ngrok is not open
   source and not distributed  under an open source license like the older
   version)
