Hi Kevin,

The attached patch updates cgit to 1.1 and git 2.10.2. It also switches the git tarball to xz so that it uses the same tarball that devel/git does.

I no longer actively use cgit, so I'd be happy to pass on maintainership to someone who will be keeping track of changes upstream.

Removing the dependency on bug #214790. It's read-only access so there shouldn't be any problem with cgit being slightly ahead of devel/git.

  Update to cgit 1.1, and update the included git to 2.10.2. While here,
  simplify the plist and the pkg-message by assuming that the project
  isn't going to change its name. Also, tweak the COMMENT and pkg-descr.

  And lastly, take maintainership. Many thanks to Kevin for all his work
  in looking after this port for nearly three-and-a-half years!

Thanks for the kind words; it's my pleasure. I used to use cgit a lot more than I do now, so it makes sense to pass it on. I'm glad it's in good hands!
