svn diff lang/opencoarrays

Updated to 1.8.10.

- added USE_GCC=5+, as the new version doesn't build with clang,
   PR: https://github.com/sourceryinstitute/OpenCoarrays/issues/388

- removed one patch, fixed upstream

- fixed IGNORE string to make portlint happy

All my tests pass on amd64.

I just checked and the port can be built also by clang-devel,
so not sure if insisting on GCC5+ is correct. Probably it
should stay for now, while I investigate this with the clang team.

Update to 1.8.12 which probably fixes the build problem you saw.  It also allows deleting all patches.
