* MASTER_SITES is now switched to SFJP.
* Update WWW.
* To fix portlint warnings,
** Move USES upward
** Regererate patches by 'make makepatch'

Unmaintained port, implicit approval (pending QA)

NOTE: 

There are reports of a crash with the present and including this updated version [1]. The port should set BROKEN accordingly (scoped to the specific FreeBSD version(s) where it is reproducible) if the issue is still present.

Though ideally the crash should be isolated and fixed, it does not need to block this update, particularly if the issue is only limited to a specific set of conditions

If used with ruby25, the program does not just crash any longer.

Mark BROKEN_RUBY24 because Leander Schäfer <info@netocean.de> reported me by private mail that segmentation fault only happens with ruby 2.4 and doesn't happen with either 2.3 and 2.5. So please commit attached patch instead of original one.
