knot 2.6.7

A new version of Knot DNS was released.
This patch upgrades accordingly to 2.6.7

This patch is needed for PR 229485
(as the new knot-resolver requires libknot from knot2 2.6.7).

Tested in poudriere against all current versions on amd64 and i386.
However, I wonder if this also solves the building problems as in PR 227620 (which I never see in my poudriere nor in my virtual machines).
