Created attachment 195224 [details] Patch to update Update to the latest version, also added link to Release Note in pkg-descr
Builds fine on 10.4-Release and 11.2-Stable
Created attachment 195227 [details] portaudio.diff The version number is very odd. Debian calls it 19.6.0 as does upstream in the release notes. I think this would be a good time to provide a sane version even though a PORTEPOCH bump will be necessary to do it. I want to make other changes to the port though that should land before a version update so it'll take me some time to commit this. Let's say in 2 weeks or something. P.S. We absolutely do not add release notes to pkg-descr. I'll add them to the commit message though.
Oh ok. Wasn’t aware how to fix the version. The way I put it was because that was how the upstream puts it to download the newer version
Committed. Thanks!

The version scheme is all over the place on other systems [1]. Upstream calls it 19.6.0 in the release notes so do the same in the port.
