update qmapshack to 1.12.0

QMapShack 1.12.0 is out (don't let the subject of the release announcement confuse you). After the latest Qt upgrade (thanks!) the update is rather easy.
Dependency changes: webkit-qt5 is gone, we now need webchannel and webengine in it's place; and qt5-script has been replaced by qt5-qml. (some reordering and reformatting in USE_QT ensued). Patch files/patch-hg_e9b47af is gone (fixed upstream). portlint warns about using INSTALLS_ICONS, but as per Porter's Handbook that's only useful for GTK-based ports, not for Qt-based ones.

"Works for me" and passes poudriere.
