vgb-bin fails to start on FreeBSD 13.0 on amd64.

From the website, this version is very old and there is a new version released last year.  I suggest let's check with the author to see if he can open source or build a new binary for FreeBSD.

This won't run on amd64 since it required i386 dependencies and there's not supported way to have these installed on amd64 system. Marking as ONLY_FOR_ARCHS.
