Patch to add the port for p5-Net-Curl

Net::Curl provides a Perl interface to libcurl created with object-oriented implementations in mind. 

Unlike WWW:Curl, Net::Curl seems to be maintained, and has has some degree of a compatibility layer for WWW::Curl.
