Scenario:
- www/mediawiki131 installed

Result:
- /usr/local/www/mediawiki/images is world-writable

Expected result:
- /usr/local/www/mediawiki/images does not need to be world-writable because uploads are executed as the www user and therefore the directory just needs to be writable by this user. Works here with mode of images set to 755, user www, group www.
