Please fix the licenses of math/moab and science/py-rmsd

Both ports set a bogus xLICENSE_FILE variable which should just be LICENSE_FILE.

- py-rmsd does not seem to come with a license file, so there is
  little reason to even have such a variable.  It also does not seem to
  be under APACHE20 but BSD2CLAUSE [1].
- moab seems to actually be under LGPL3+ according to ${WRKSRC}/LICENSE
