While browsing packages I saw that the comment metadata for the openvas9 package was the same as the openvas8 package. This is probably a typo and although it's minor I believe should be fixed to reduce confusion between the two ports. To be clear, I think the Comment metadata for the pkg openvas9-9.0_3 should read "openvas 9 vulnerability scanner (metaport)" instead of "openvas 8 vulnerability scanner (metaport)" I don't know how to resolve the issue myself, but with some guidance I'd be more than happy to fix a one character typo in the package. See below for the output from 'pkg search -f openvas9-9.0_3' ########################################################### openvas9-9.0_3 Name : openvas9 Version : 9.0_3 Origin : security/openvas9 Architecture : FreeBSD:12:* Prefix : /usr/local Repository : FreeBSD [pkg+http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD:12:amd64/quarterly] Categories : security Licenses : Maintainer : acm@FreeBSD.org WWW : http://www.openvas.org Comment : openvas 8 vulnerability scanner (metaport) Annotations : Flat size : 0.00B Pkg size : 1.16KiB Description : This is the metaport to install OpenVAS 9 applications and libraries.
