textproc/ibus currently depends on python27 which reached end of life

Attached patch drops this dependency.

According to https://github.com/ibus/ibus/issues/1408, ibus now supports GI binding for python3. As python 2 is deprecated, we do not need to provide python 2 binding anymore.
