Patch

This patch changes the MASTER_SITES url to a working mirror. The original URL does not exist any more.

Thanks for the patch, some suggestions:

The original MASTER_SITE works for me and the checksum is valid.

How about adding this as one more backup in the MASTER_SITES?

Also this change does not need to bump PORTREVISION so we can leave it unchanged.

Finally, do you want to take maintainership of this port?

Alright. For me, the site is still not reachable. Must be a network issue then. I'm going to add myself as maintainer and add the new mirror as a backup.
