Update to 5.9.4

Update libunrar to 5.9.4 and change WWW.

Builds on FreeBSD 11.3/12.1 amd64.
Tested on FreeBSD 11.3 amd64.

Please co-ordinate this commit with sysutils/fusefs-rar2fs to keep them in sync.

Haven't tried this yet, but does it not need the updates to the patched as well?

The diffs to the patches that you provided just contain metadata changes. The original patches still apply fine as far as I can tell, so I'd rather not create unnecessary repository churn.
