Update www/npm and add www/npm-node14

www/node has been moved to www/node14 and www/node has been updated to v15.x in https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=553650

This patch adds www/npm to support www/node14.

Thanks for the patch.
I'll also update CONFLICTS_INSTALL of npm-node{10,12} and fix a typo of NODE14_DESC in attachment 219210 [details].
