bump revision

Hi,

pkg-upgrade will not reinstall pyXX-markupsafe since pyXX-MarkupSafe is installed. It will, however, deinstall pyXX-MarkupSafe when pkg-autoremove is used leading to a missing dependency.

To avoid hitting this bug the revision can be bumped forcing pkg-upgrade to reinstall pyXX-markupsafe like it should have been reinstalled anyway due to the rename.
