Patch for gearmand-devel

Unmaintained, obsolete and hasn't compiled for over half a year
Main port is also unmaintained, out of date and broken on most platforms however upstream is still active as far as I can tell but there's no need to keep -devel around.

Even when it hasn't build for quite a long time, I think we should mark it for removal first: https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/porters-handbook/book.html#dads-deprecated
