graphics/megapov: delete port

graphics/megapov is no longer developed and abandoned upstream at least since 2007. The recommended replacement is POV-Ray 3.7 which is available as graphics/povray37.

There are no other ports depending on graphics/megapov.

I'll mark the port as DEPRECATED and set EXPIRATION_DATE. Being abandoned upstream and having no dependencies we could remove it right away, but I rather give people some heads up first.
