GCC 4.8 is unsupported upstream and should be removed from the ports tree.
And when Lorenzo says "unsupported usptream" that's been the case since June 2015 - approaching eight years now. GCC 4.8 was initially released in March 2013 - ten years ago.

Hence, finally set an expiration date to the unsupported upstream lang/gcc48 port. Expiration date is set one month after the expiration of sysutils/uefi-edk2-bhyve-csm.
