audio/ardour: Update to 7.4.0 release.

Update Ardour to 7.4.0 release. Tested on 13.2-RELEASE amd64, used it for a couple of times last week and found no regressions. Track export seems to work fine with the new ffmpeg 6.

AVX patches from last update are obsolete, these issues have been fixed upstream. Apply with "git am".

I am the maintainer BTW.
