It's a obviously a log file, not a Makefile, so probably something went wrong during port building and was committed wrong. However building the port works, eg. the Makefile part of it is interpreted correctly, so building the port works and I guess, that's why nobody noticed it so far. But it confuses some port checking mechanisms like creating INDEX*.
