CHROMECAST option should be enable by default. it is helpful for user which want cast video or audio to chromecast devices. VLC includes this support long time ago and I think it is well mature and it working well right now. Btw another vlc binary packages (Linux distros, OpenBSD, NetBSD, etc) include this support by default.

    multimedia/vlc: Update to 3.0.21

    Enable CHROMECAST option by default for user convenience [1].

    Fix SKINS option where if a skin was selected, application would not
    start (needs --enable-archive) and enable by default.
