What's our timeline on updating libxml2 in port? The next releases of MariaDB are end of July

There are fallouts we need to address and possibly another (minor) release of libxml2 upstream. There isn't a hardset date but rather sooner than later as things tends to become stale and whatnot given that we've adressed at least most crucial fallouts. Looking at the fallouts end of July probably isn't an issue given that we likely need to work with upstream on ports.

btw, https://github.com/MariaDB/server/releases/tag/mariadb-10.5.25 is already out but I guess you're targeting 10.5.26(?)
