Update from 1.21 to 1.21.1

Hello,

This patch updates games/minecraft-server to 1.21.1

Full changelog available on official website https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-java-edition-1-21-1

Changes:

- Fixed critical exploits that could be used to crash servers
- Added language support for Tzotzil and Belarusian (Latin)


It works fine on 14.1-RELEASE amd64.
