Please fix port or should we sunset it?
Actually it fetches: ===> License BSD2CLAUSE accepted by the user ===> peps-2.0_9 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found => peps-2.0.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /data/fernape_data/FreeBSD-repos/ports/distfiles/. => Attempting to fetch http://peps.redprince.net/peps/peps-2.0.tar.gz fetch: http://peps.redprince.net/peps/peps-2.0.tar.gz: Host does not resolve => Attempting to fetch ftp://ftp.peps.redprince.net/unix/peps/peps-2.0.tar.gz fetch: ftp://ftp.peps.redprince.net/unix/peps/peps-2.0.tar.gz: Host does not resolve => Attempting to fetch http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/peps-2.0.tar.gz peps-2.0.tar.gz 54 kB 539 kBps 00s ===> Fetching all distfiles required by peps-2.0_9 for building Since this fetches (that is the reason doceng@ wasn't informed via pkg-fallout messages), I would give upstream some time just in case there was some hiccup on its side. If not, we would need to deprecate the port and do the same with textproc/docproj-legacy (or at least find an alternative)
Relying on distcache is not a "fix", having a quick look it seem like it can be replaced with ImageMagick (Ghostscript support is needed for eps)
(In reply to Daniel Engberg from comment #2) Sorry, when did I say fix?
By that I meant that relying on distcache isn't really "fetchable" as once we wipe the cache it's gone.
Done
