Committed, with minor change: Drop PYPI from WWW, no need to list two sites.  Thanks for the update patch.  :-)

As usual, yes :)

Science/* (in general, including biology/* and others) is my favorite ports category to update, and especially to maintain! Hope I would be able to keep up with all the ports I so eagerly trying to take care of :)
