Please upgrade the port:
OpenSIPS 3.5.x is a stable release. It is recommended for production usage.

Why was PR 283624 closed? opensips 3.1 is unsupported since 31-Aug-2023:
https://www.opensips.org/About/AvailableVersions
And the port hasn't even been updated to the latest version (3.1.17). The version in ports (3.1.11) is from 17-Aug-2022. Maybe it should be removed until someone can provide a patch to update the port to 3.4.x (LTS) or 3.5.x.
