When trying to upgrade to the imap-uw-2001a,1 port today I ran into a bad checksum problem. Here's the text of my attempt, which I repeated several times after various cleans/uninstalls. abigail# portinstall imap-uw ---> Upgrading 'imap-uw-2001,1' to 'imap-uw-2001a,1' (mail/imap-uw) ---> Building '/usr/ports/mail/imap-uw' ===> Cleaning for cclient-2001a,1 ===> Cleaning for imap-uw-2001a,1 ===> Extracting for imap-uw-2001a,1 How-To-Repeat: Perform a portinstall of the imap-uw port. I am not sure if this is reproducible via a manual port build.
Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports->anders Over to maintainer
State Changed From-To: open->closed Remove your imap-utils.tar.Z file in /usr/ports/distfiles and try again. There was one master site which had an old version of that file around (I fixed that - removed the bad master site). This file gets updated with no new filename now and then. You need to manually delete the file if this happens.
