This is a new port of the qextmdi library. It is an extension for Qt 3.

This library can either be build with KDE support or without. As I am
not using KDE at all, this is kind of untested. Therefore, the port
might wants to be checked in this regard by someone else.

There is a possible file conflict with x11/kdelibs3
(include/kdockwidget.h).
