	Current ports for kterm has problem on key input while mouse pointer is left on scroll bar. This patch solve this problem.

Fix: There are no objection on ports-jp@jp.FreeBSD.org for a week.
But maintainer(shige-san) seems too busy to have a action for this.
How-To-Repeat: 	Leave mouse pointer on scroll bar and press any key.

Committed since it seems correct change without fail. And no 
response from the maintainer for 3 weeks since Sarumaru-san 
send mail for him with Cc: ports-jp.
