there's newer pilot-link , 0.11.1 
could you please try this one if it handles your problem ?

Hi,

the newer pilot-link version appears to have this particular problem
fixed. Unfortunately, the port upgrade requires a bit more time than I
am prepared to spend at the moment. Someone else will have to do that.
My patch could be applied to get pilot-link to compile on -CURRENT
meanwhile.
