New port: Test::Inline

Inlining your tests next to the code being tested.

It looks like this port needs devel/p5-Test-Simple (Test::More) as well 
as devel/p5-Test-Harness for proper testing.  PLIST and MAN3 are also 
incomplete, and PLIST contains verbatim `5.005'.  Would you modify the 
port accordingly?
