In the homepage of tomcat(http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/index.html) says:
"Tomcat 4.x implements a new servlet container (called Catalina) that is based on completely new architecture. The 4.x releases implement the Servlet 2.3 and JSP 1.2 specifications."
while the The pkh-descr in ports/www/jakarta-tomcat4 & ports/www/jakarta-tomcat41 . says:
"Tomcat is also the
reference implementation for the Java Servlet 2.2 and JavaServer Pages 1.1technologies."
I think it is written for tomcat 3, not suitable for tomcat 4.

Fix: 

Change the describe for tomcat 4.0.x & 4.1.x
