Add SuperServer build
Remove perl from scripts
Remove scripts + consolidate into pkg-install

Fix: 

Patch available at: http://www.aims.com.au/chris/firebird/firebird_ss.diff

Please note that the scripts directory is no longer needed with this patch
applied.
