	* install plugin in new FreeBSD plugin directory
	* fix linkage error in plugin (it needed -lXt)
	* enable WANT_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS a la mplayer
	* modify pkg-descr and pkg-comment to make clear a
	  browser plugin is provided by this port

How-To-Repeat: 	Previous builds of port would reveal a linkage error when
	Mozilla or Opera attempted to load the plugin
