xnview 1.46 is available, 1.25 in ports

The last version of xnview for FreeBSD is 1.25. And the last one for windows 
is 1.46

To say true, author of xnview did not update his software for about one year. 
And he does not want to make it opensource to give other people an 
opportunity to develope it. That sux. I
