    Port `games/angabnd' is rogue-like game.
    It could work without X11 (via ncurses).
    This PR add ability to build port without X11 (WITHOUT_X11).

A modified version of your patch has been committed.  It is necessary 
to specify "--with-x=no" to keep X from being autodetected if it is 
present.
