The patch below shortens the qmail comment so it fits nicely into a
pkg_info display on 80-character wide terminals, and REMOVES THA SCREAMING

Rationale: FreeBSD is UNIXish enough to run it, and there's no need to point
out it won't run on Winbloze in the COMMENT.

Note also that qmail's security and reliability are moot points, it won't work
reliably on softupdates, it may collide Maildir names on very fast machines,
to name enough to get an idea but not break an advocacy thread loose in this PR.
