Patch browser helper utilities nsopen, nsxlview, and nsppptview so that they work.

How-To-Repeat: 

Try either nsxlview or nspptview with the test files . . .

The upcoming release of www/plugger version 5.0 is going to require  
this port to be functional.  This patch, or something like it, needs to  
be applied.

Is it safe to say that this request has sat around for quite a while?  I 
think it's a pretty simple patch that makes the port fully functional.

NOTE: 
- this port is unmaintained: do you want to take it over? 
- version 0.5.1 seems to have disappeared from MASTER_SITES 
and currently only available from ftp.FreeBSD.org. 
Please investigate.
