graphics/sodipodi lists frontline as a build and run dependency

As it came out, frontline is neither needed to build sodipodi,
	nor to run it.

Frontline in current ports lists gnome1 as a dependency. I have
gnome2 installed and I still think I don't really need all these
extra features (commonly called "bloat") it provides. I think,
that having one version of gnome libraries on a machine is really
	enough.

I strongly suggest removing frontline from sodipodi's makefile - at
least until frontline will learn to use gnome2. Frontline also is
not needed to build sodipodi, nor to run sodipodi, so including
it in DEPENDS such way seems wrong.

Fix:

1) grep -v frontline graphics/sodipodi/Makefile

2) add pkg-message information about frontline - what it provides and
why it is important addition to sodipodi
