	Per bento logs, this port is failing to fetch.  The
	new version (4.3-PRO) seems to be on the main website.
	The change to "PRO" implies to me that the license
	might have changed, so I'll leave the work to the
	maintainer.

How-To-Repeat: 	make fetch

I must have deleted the distfile from my ${MASTER_SITE_LOCAL} 
subdirectory without thinking. Thanks for prompting me on this! 

I've update the port to 4.3, and dropped maintainership. You're 
welcome to grab maintainership if you'd like. 

As far as the license thing goes, the port is already marked 
RESTRICTED=     Redistribution forbidden by license
