After upgrading libxine and xine, AC3 audio codec no longer works. Trying to play
an AC3 enconded file, a warning message appears, and no audio is output.

Fix: 

Roll back to:

libxine-1.0.r0_2    Libraries for xine multimedia player
xine-0.9.22_1       An X11 multimedia player
How-To-Repeat: 

Upgrade to post 2003/11/15 ports tree
