This PR contains patches to update the port of devel/cxmon to version 3.1

The new version adds nice things such as:
* x86-64 (AMD64) disassembler (d8664 command)
* -m switch that predefines MacOS LowMem globals as variables

As well as bug fixes.

How-To-Repeat: 

Apply the included patches.
