I have axed www page + distfile due to excessive amount of traffic which
it generates. Today's rate will exhaust my month quota in next 3 days  -- 
I am not interested in that. I have no plans to bring it up any more unless someone is willing to pay my bandwidth bills.

Fix: cd /usr/ports
make index
How-To-Repeat: Release portindex-13
